“These are the nations which Adonai allowed to remain, in order to put to the test all the people of Israel who had not known any of the wars with Kena‘an. This was only so that the generations of Israel who had previously known nothing of war might learn about it.“-Judges 3:1-2
Take a good look at Judges 3:2.
This verse is important because it applies to anyone who would call himself a follower of the God of Israel.
And it doesn’t matter whether you’re Jewish or not.
This verse makes it clear ALL believers will eventually be drafted into God’s army to fight a war.
And when I say “war”, I’m talking about a “holy war” as defined in the Torah.
The battle is spiritual in nature.
But make no bones about it, it involves hard decisions and backing them up with action.
This is one of those hard truths a good portion of the Christian church would rather not hear.
Especially the left-wing liberal congregations.
For them, the maple syrupy love of God overrides everything.
“We should never do anything to offend anybody” is the rallying cry of the liberal churches today.
Unfortunately, there’s another uncomfortable truth they have yet to accept.
It is this:
The Bible is more a book of war than a book of love.
That’s right.
It’s an instruction manual that teaches us how to fight a holy war according to the Law of Herem or the Law of the Ban.

This is a foundational principle that governs how a holy war is to be fought.
For now, understand this.
A Biblical Holy War isn’t anything like the Geneva Convention.
There is no compromise by entering into ridiculous peace treaties.
Nor does it involve prisoner swaps or attempting to minimize damage when attacking enemy cities.
A true Biblical Holy War is summarized in 2 simple steps.
Identify evil.
Then eliminate it.
The Lord considers evil a cancer.
It has to be surgically removed.
Not negotiated with via diplomacy or re-education of the enemy.
You can’t negotiate with a cancer growing in your body.
That’s like trying to negotiate with a terminator sent back in time to kill John Conner
Both have to be completely destroyed.
And the BATTLEFIELD IS FOR ALL PEOPLE TO BEG FOR GOD’S MERCY & FORGIVENESS FOR OUR COLLECTIVE SIN OF UNBELIEF… PSALM 119:119 IS CLEAR. THE WICKED OF THE EARTH SHALL OR WILL BE REMOVED LIKE DROSS. Your comments may be viewed as harsh. But I view them as correct As exemplified “Israel” was to completely destroy its enemies, man woman old, young, even the animals, They did not. Just as Physical Israel has to completely destroy its, enemies, Spiritual Israel must completely destroy and not leave any trace of its enemies (SIN).
